The purpose of this site and association :

• to provide the Youth and Recreation Cheer Coaches an association specifically established to address the needs and concerns of volunteer cheer coaches in South Carolina.  
• to provide the Youth and Recreation Cheer Coaches in South Carolina the opporturnity to communicate and network with each other through forums, workshops, conferences, and a quarterly newsletter.
•  to be an educational resource for all Youth and Recreation Cheer Coaches in South Carolina with the goal to provide safe and age appropriate cheer skill instruction.
•  to establish Youth and Recreation Cheer standards and guidelines in South Carolina that incorporate skill levels and age appropriate divisions.
•  to establish  Youth and Recreation Cheer standards and guidelines for all competitions and contest in South Carolina.
•  to promote local show-off programs/competitions.
•  to establish a yearly Youth and Recreation Cheer regional and championship competition in South Carolina.
• to promote a positive experience for all associated with Youth and Recreation Cheerleading in South Carolina.
